FAQ's

Q: I am having trouble viewing videos.

A: The videos are in a Windows Media Format and require Windows Media Player or compatible plug-in.
Depending on you connection speed you might have to wait a minute for the video to preload. Better yet you can right click on the link and choose save target as and save it to your desk top then watch it anytime you like!

Q: How do I obtain a password and username?

Q: I just signed up for a year membership online order #XXXX-XXXX-XXXX but I can't get into the secure site. I'm not sure where or how to sign in to start the process. Please let me know what to do.

Q: I have not received an email yet with my log in and password. I was wondering how long that will take. I am very excited!!!!!

A: Your Log On information will be sent to the email address that you provided on your online registration within 24 hours but usually in under 4 hours. If you did not receive an immediate confirmation on your order transaction then you might have entered an invalid email address causing the email to be bounced. If AFTER 24 hours you have not been issued a user name and password please contact paulairvin@comcast.net from a known to be working email address and please include your invoice number.

Q: I thought when I purchased I would be issued a username and password. I was not. Can anyone explain how I can obtain this information so I can view the articles in this months issue?
A: Check your e-mail again. Sometimes the passwords via e-mail can bounce back and have to be resent. Send inquiries to paulairvin@comcast.net. If there is a problem with your e-mail (who doesn't have problems occasionally), we might need to use a different media to reach you with the information.

Q: If I renew my subscription now before the old one expires will it just be added onto the end of the previous subscription so it continues on.
A: If you know when your subscription ends just wait until it gets close to renewal time and then renew it. Don't worry we will not discontinue any services until you have been notified.

Q: I have a password to get into the archives, which I have done, but when I try to get to the video, it will not let me. It comes up with the log on window asking me to log on again.

A: To view certain areas of the web site you need to log into that area with your current user name and password.

Q: Even though I have logged on no matter where I try to go I am prompted for my log on information.

A: Your security settings are set too high and your browser is not accepting the cookie with your user information. Try lowering your security level to “Medium”.
